Contacted typewise, asked if I could purchase apk from them (the pro version or whatever) since I don’t use GPlay store and they said no.

EDIT: I deny network permission to Typewise just to be on the safe side, but I’d like to be able to use some of the Pro features, and I’m willing to pay for them. But, no.

    If you only need roughly the same layout, you are able to replicate it without too much programming skills with the open source AnySoftKeyboard. Just fork it and create your own board. If you need assistance, I’m glad to give you a bit of help.
