It might not be great for American consumers, but think of all the American exporters,
who will be able to sell their goods without tax.
All twelve of them will be able to increase their revenue and be able to buy back more stocks with all the money they’ve made.
This hasn’t been ratified, so it doesn’t mean anything yet.
