I’m pretty sure that they judge all of a person’s actions during the year (could be very wrong). I’m sure that just about anyone else would be as qualified if not much more. Can I get a peace prize for not starting a war?
It’s not ‘Pakistan’. Pakistan can’t nominate anyone. An individual can nominate someone, including members of assemblies and governments, members of international courts, uni professors, and previous Nobel laureates.
Governments can nominate people for the Nobel peace prize.

I meant that the prize is pretty worthless after awarding it to a president of the most war mongering country, who did absolutely nothing to change that. Trump hasn’t started any wars yet.
