Hi guys! Good morning/afternoon/evening!
This is my question, I feel that although Kovri is not as necessary as in the past, it would be extremely interesting to have it in Monero as planned, I am planning to fulfill what Kovri promised (and deliver it complete), it would probably take a while, but I thank everyone who is willing to support!
So if the community is willing to support it, I’ll open a request for funding on CSS.

I think the question should be how much funding do you require to finish the project in a timeframe of X.
Also, what are your credentials? Why should we believe you are actually willing and capable to tackle this project?
