The footage is at night, I did a little image search and the city has a lot of green space than the video seems

Meanwhile, I was recently trying hard to think of any infrastructure improvement I’ve seen in my lifetime in the US. All I could think of was “smart” traffic lights that detect cars. Everything else I see is from the 1970s or earlier.
Most of our bridges are barely functional and were built in the 80s and 90s
Same in Canada. There’s an LRT line that’s been built where I live for over a decade now, they still haven’t finished it.
