Well, it was nice … having hope, I mean. That was a good feeling.

That would be nice, but I’m not hopeful. I’ve pretty much given up on the higher-mid-range. I bought a 4060ti last year at MSRP, but now they’re $700+.

I think I’m just going to buy more 3060s. They’re plentiful and selling at MSRP, plus I’ve already got a PCIe extender setup.

Are you committed to Nvidia? I just looked, and currently 7800XTs can be had for less than $100 more than the 4060ti. I can’t imagine that AMD is going to raise prices that much.

I’ll wait and see what they come out with. If I wanted to buy AMD, I’d just get a 7600 XT for $360 or so.

I’ve already got 3 Nvidia cards, so I’d need a real incentive from AMD to switch.

          How about you?

So? Are you saying that you are pot committed 3 cards in? How many cards do you run in each rig?

If half the price can’t convince you, you aren’t ready to switch no matter what.

I went from a 1080ti to a 6900xt during the pandemic when I found EKWB selling cards at MSRP. With Nvidia’s pricing and availability issues, I don’t see myself going back anytime soon.
