Not much when (correct me if I’m wrong but I I can’t find any evidence otherwise) they’ve had a total increase of 4% over their last contract when the previous one ended in 2018. Inflation according to the BoC was 20% over that time and we all know in reality cost of living has gone up more than that. It’s just catching up.
