I was hoping about some reputable confirmation of what Yoon’s claiming. Also the guy with that YouTube channel is just having the show for entertainment, his goal is to maximize views, not to be a reputable journalist.

He’s quoting the New York Times there.
Which is quoting Yoon’s speech, which he can say whatever he wants.
I was hoping about some reputable confirmation of what Yoon’s claiming.
