    How is this walled-garden behavior? There is no centralized database of Minetest accounts.

    The last update to this github issue was over 3 weeks ago. Also why should anyone care when they already said its technically possible but up to the servers to share their login database?

    I don’t think this is walled-garden behaviour. No one’s stopping you from just using the same user info for every server you join, with no consequences to doing so
