I kinda gave up on Bethesda with ESO, FO76 killed the studio for me.

They’re whale hunters like all the other online bullshit.

Idk, ESO is not that bad, as I’ve heard. Granted, it kinda just sits in my account with barely 3 hrs of playtime, but I’m not fond of multiplayer games in general

ESO was my Not That Bad, but when FO76 came out I realized that everything I hated about it was their MO. And I didn’t care what they did after that. The Bank was closed. It wont open again until a game comes out that isn’t a siphon. I’ve no use for time sinks or whale hunts.

I have FO76 but I’ve never played past the intro.

I really hope they put out actual games eventually.

I was so excited for 76 because it takes place where I live. I’m still going to play it. Apparently it isn’t that bad these days. I just wish it had been an actual fallout game.

I’m scared that Elder Scrolls 6 will just be a settlement-building game will endless expansions and upgrades, lightly sprinkled with RPG elements.

I might pick it up like 5 years from now when it’s a few bucks and there are lots of mods to fix it. But even the modders aren’t bothering. Some dude that was huge in the Skyrim community started making something for it then just said ‘game sucks yo’ and quit

BG3 reminded us of what’s possible in game story telling. What letting the marketing team run the shop has done to the industry.
