  • people who understand climate change is real
  • leftists including anarchists, social democrats, democratic socialists, communists, etc are great

I picked world bc I was told it would have the most activity. Since joining Lemmy I have been repeatedly harassed by men on this instance, threatened with murder and rape by users including open Nazis (this was also happening on Reddit), and permabanned for being a woman, for being a feminist, and for not breaking any rules and posting factual news sources. Would like a better instance.

Have been considering solarpunk Lemmy but willing to consider other instances, just not sure

I’m not going to go away just because you can’t handle people disagreeing with you. As long as I follow the rules, I have as much right to be here as you do.

            you come into the thread, make a bunch of ridiculous statements, then start attacking everyone who responds to you and demanding that they “leave you alone” because you don’t consent to them having an opinion. and rather than having the self awareness to figure out that maybe the problem is you’re a narcissistic attention seeker with a persecution complex, you insist that no, the problem is really everyone else on fedi is sexist rapists forcing themselves upon you mentally.

            you gave your consent for people to engage with you when you joined fedi. you’re not a mod, nor an admin. you don’t get to tell people that they can’t post. you seem to think you’re a great deal more important than you actually are. but the fact of the matter is, you are not special, nobody is harassing you, and the only person who has any sort of an issue is you.
